I’ve worked in Alberta real estate since 2004, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned over 20-plus years, it’s that no two properties, no two clients, and definitely no two tenants are ever the same.

I’ve helped people buy and sell homes, find tenants, manage investment properties, and work through a wide range of real estate challenges. With more than $7 million in residential rents managed, I’ve seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what can go sideways when you least expect it. And I’m not afraid to talk about it!

I believe real estate doesn’t have to be intimidating, overly complicated or boring. Whether I’m sharing advice in a video, touring a property or helping a landlord through a difficult situation, you’ll get straightforward answers, practical solutions and a little humour along the way.
