Hi!
I’m Emily Loomis

I’m a REALTOR® and Broker/Owner of Kizmett Realty & Management Ltd. I’ve worked in Alberta real estate since 2004, helping people buy and sell homes, find tenants and manage investment properties.

With more than $7 million in residential rents managed, I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what can go sideways when you least expect it.

Straightforward answers, practical solutions and a little humour. That’s how I work.

What Our Clients Say

I am a renter, and Emily Loomis team has been so sweet. They have efficient processes in place for the whole rental process that I really appreciated. They are great problem solvers, fast and proactive communicators, and very attentive to needs. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
